What is Hai Yu?

Hai Yu (scientific name: Alocasia macrorrhiza (L.) Schott), which is also called Alocasia macrorrhiza or Alocasia macrorrhizos, is the rhizome or stem of Alocasia macrorrhiza (L.) Growth environment of Hai Yu

Morphological characteristics

Perennial herb, up to 5m high. The stem is stout, up to 30cm in diameter.
